Chastity Scott

Chief Executive Officer of Intra Management Solutions, Inc. (IMS) is a U.S. Air Force veteran with extensive experience in strategic leadership, operations, business development, and organizational growth.

As CEO, Chastity leads IMS’s strategic growth and evolution, focusing on expanding capabilities, strengthening market position, and advancing solutions that help organizations manage complex programs successfully. Her leadership approach connects people, technology, strategy, and execution to build high-performing teams and create sustainable business growth.

Throughout her career, Chastity has turned strategy into action, built strong partnerships, and positioned organizations for long-term success.

Matt Wojciechowski

Founder and President of IMS, Matt Wojciechowski has extensive experience in project controls, program planning and scheduling, earned value management, and the execution of complex programs.

Matt founded IMS in 2011 with a focus on helping organizations improve program performance through experienced people, disciplined processes, and better visibility into cost, schedule, risk, and execution. Under his leadership, IMS has grown beyond its roots in Project Controls and Earned Value Management consulting to become a comprehensive provider of consulting, technology, and specialized talent solutions.

Matt remains focused on the long-term direction of IMS, strengthening client partnerships, expanding the company’s capabilities, and ensuring IMS continues to deliver practical solutions that help customers execute their most critical programs successfully.
